1, hollie grieg was awarded victim compensation therefore a case was there to answer.
2 the people accused were the Aberdeen senior sheriff (scottish Judge) 2 senior policemen, a social worker and her father. after her mother reported this to the police, she was sectioned under the mental health act by her husband and a sheriff, guess who?
3 the procurator fiscal at aberdeen would not prosecute her own sheriff or police
4 the procurator fiscal used her own money to silence the UK press. she now has the most senior judicial position in scotland and is answerable to the scottish government.
5 yes it was a labour government at the time but we have had over two years of SNP who refuse to investigate or even discuss this.
alex salmond and kenny macaskill, whom i have met both, have the power to instigate an investigation and refuse to do so.
You're going the wrong way about it. That’s why you are at an impasse.
Firstly, you must remove any and all involvement from the Media, as the principle ethos regards protecting a child is to protect the identity - this is likely to be the reason the PF has gagged the Media.
Secondly, you need to discuss a way forward with your MSP. He/She is likely to have been a lawyer, and will put you on the right track, whether it would be to force a Judicial Review or such like.
There may be a ‘crossroad’ regards legislation that means Salmond cannot be involved. Ie, the fact that a child must have substantiated statements, even in cases where evidence is overwhelming, could be Reserved to Westminster, as likely the legislation involved is Constitutional, and the Scottish Constitution has not been Devolved to Holyrood, because if it was Independence would be easy for Scotland.
Maybe looking at the paragraph above could give you an option for discussion with Salmond and Macaskil, as if their hands are tied in these respects, they can then advise you how to deal with this at Westminster?
As for the police, you should refer your complaint to the IPCC, and as for the PF, you should refer it to the Bar association responsible for PFs, I’m not sure which one but this link may help:
