P5Q Pro m/b
Coolermaster 330 case
Q9550 OC at 3.4Ghz (water cooled)
Radeon 4850's in crossfire
4GB DDR2 RAM
Vist home premium 64.
780W Hyper R PSU
4x120mm blue LED fans (2in, 2 out)
22" Viewsonic- which I loooove!!!

Think it is the graphics card that s bumping up your score Davy, mine will have to wait for 12 months or so though.
Want some quieter ones though next time.

my pcmarkvantage score is 3813
the tests are extensive, took 26 mins to run them. you have a choice of using a 32 or 64bit test. and only works if you have vista.
if you have 32bit windows xp try this one

its an older benchmark tool, spetacular video test worth running just for that. the guys who made it didnt make another after that one which is a pity. my score with aquamark with win xp, 8800gtx and amd athlon x64 6000+ and 2gb ram was 140,000 ish

hmm not sure about intel cpus nowdays, never used one since i had a pentium 2 many years ago.
2 grafix cards in crossfire should be awesome, they should really take the strain. would be worth getting a couple of watercooled grafix cards

That Intel CPU is one of the best 775 processors you can get - it would be a beast at 3.6ghz.
Radeon 4850 in crossfire would certainly give the 8800GTX a run for its money too...

Only bought it 6 months ago, Cyberpower, they did the overclock as well.
Very sweet machine- bit noisy though- lots of fans to keep the temps down.

I just turn up the headphones!

My PC is perhaps not the best but it is really really quiet. Besides, its quite enough for what I use it for and the money saved on not going quadcore or sli (overated IMO) means I have plenty for my upcoming HTPC build :D

my mrs is always complaining about the noise mine makes, has7 case fans, one is 25cm. the grafix card isnt quiet either.
i tried sli a few times with 2x6600gt and 2x7950gt nvidia cards, was good but the improvement wasnt worth the extra cash for an sli board and a second grafix card. this time i got a single pci-e mobo tho i have two 8800gtx cards here. a decent sli mobo was double the price of this one. i thought about getting a phenom quadcore but again didnt think it was worth paying another £100 when this dualcore works well.

My Antec P182 only runs two Nexus 120mm fans, near silent. My GTX260 cooler is one of the best reference Nvidia coolers, very quiet at idle. CPU has a Thermalright UltraE on it with a Sharkoon 120mm 1000 on it. PSU is Corsair HX520w, also silent. I can hear my machine at night when there is nothing else on but only just. I'm pretty happy with it.
