Help needed with phones..

thats what my provider told me to do.. did that.. but i dont see how that would help... since it a brand new out of the box phone.. dont bother doing it again btw..

i have no problem sending sms/mms.. its receiving from iPhone users i have problems with,...

you should be able to receive them ok from iphone... but sending em to an iphone is different as the size an iphone receives is set to a smaller amount of file..

but im not.. they have no problems receiving from me.. but i cant get form them..

found my self.. on the support site on apple there is a place where you can take away or add your "apple's", such as iPhone, iPad and iPod's.. so i just erased my iPhone form there, and then it was all good
