Should be awesome for browsing when it comes in although speeds will be a bit lower as more people start to use the bandwidth.
I don't get why he thinks gaming will be 'great'. It's shared bandwidth for starters and due to the fact that most games use UDP/IP instead of TCP/IP, the traffic won't be subject to QoS, will lag like a mofo and suffer packet loss. Expect players to freeze and then suddenly fly to the opposite side of the map on a regular basis.
Edit: Just read his note at the bottom about average speeds lowering with high network load....
