Huhu guys.....need your thouhts/ideas/ bla bla bla.... :z1:

I wann buy now Fabios new PC....question is, what graffix should i buy?!
There two cards:

1. GeForce 560
2.ATI HD 6870

Which one should i buy...?!?!

CPU is a AMD Phenom II X4 850 4x3,30GHz ; Board is a ASUS M4A79XTD EVO ; 8GB RAM DDR3 Corsair

upto you mate, i bought nvidia coz i like the sound it plays at the start of games..........
*whispers nnnViDia*......... that was a Unique Selling Point for me :)
according to that link i googled for ya seems the HD6870 is a little better
personally, i'd buy which ever one looks most sexeh :)

Btw Nvidia > Ati

I like ati and my 6870 is performing very well!
Possibly cheaper than the geforce card as well!

6870... ati offers more for yer bucks tbh.......................good cards...........


found one for jens lappy outperformed all the nvidia in its class..


tbh it's all down to preference.. but ati is bucks for quality...

Nvidia bought Ageia a couple of years back and integrated it with their cards (anything with Cuda).
I think you can use it with modified drivers on ATI cards but I'm not sure about official support and performance. Other than that the only option is to have a 2nd GFX (NVidia) and configure the PhysX drivers to use that card and set the ATI one as the primary display driver.
I guess one of the ATI fans could answer that one for certain.

i dont have one myself Yet :cry: but
i've been hearing good thing about the
GeForce GTX 560 Ti 448 Cores
1 bad point is it looks like its an "Limited Edition"

i'm thinking about the

nope ATI doesn't have PhysX, also Nvidia updates are much better than ATI.
the 6870 is a very good card tho! if you go for the 560 make sure you get the ti.
both cards will be good!!
as for the whisper Chris, i dont think it does that because of the nvidia card i think its nvidia paying to advertise its name in the game?
