he couldnt register on the forum as his email and probably his IP are blocked. Chris did ask me to unblock them for him but i thought it was irishlad wanting back on the forum so i said no. hotmail email acounts are blocked by default and anyone trying to register with one meeds to have it unblocked manually by an admin. there has been 800 bots try to register here since 1st December but they cant post anymore unless they are activated by an admin. thats not counting the ones that have been IP and email blocked. probably only around 10% make it past that stage.
