is this good enough for the monies for a quiet water cooled cpu ? or do i need to spen teh £80 for a quiet, cool cpu ?

backontopic: arent all water coolers supposed to be completly silent? Wouldnt see the point of a watercooling system if its noisy.. sure its cooler, but I dont do overclocking ^^

afaik thermaltake had some quite nifty complete systems, both for cpu and graphics, somewhere round 120 euros..
