Ok guys just spoken to the paintball venue.
They will honor their old deal for previous customers in spite of a new pricing structure, so firm pricing for the paintball is thus;

25th July 2009, National Paintball Fields, Bassetts pole, Birmingham.

£59 for the full day, all kit, 1000 paintballs and a burger for lunch.
Meet at Macdonalds at Bassetts pole at 9am.
Start time 9.30, finish time 4.30.
Pub afterward.
BBQ and beer at the campsite for the evening.

I need £20 deposits to be paid to me by the 27th feb. Either Paypal me at sean.james3@ntlworld.com, or send the money to sk and he will paypal me, I dont care just give me your money!!

Deposits now paid- if people want to go they can still turn up on the day- I just need to let the paintball site have an idea of final numbers 2 weeks before if it is more than now eg Medusa, Blunty etc come along- hint, hint!
Also they are now charging £2 for the burger at dinner!!!

It is usual for them to ask for deposits quite quickly, BUT they can give you a little more time if you ask them,.......... just let them know it'll be by the end of March, that'll still give them a number of months to sort out any issues!

They send a standard form out Sean,............ they do listen to common sense, just let them know there are a number of foreign guys coming over that need to finalise travel details etc,

I will talk to Paul tomorrow about the camping, if we could have an idea about numbers relatively soon it would be great, both people coming and number of tents required to be set up!

hmm, really wanna confirm but atm things are crazy in work, was ment to be joining the edinburgh next month but the doctor refused to upgrade my medical catagory so i'm still unfit for sea (bad back)...so god knows where i'll be.

the other hurdle, the missus, looks like she will soon be adding to the ranks of ex's so that should be no problem there, as if it would've been anyway.

Already got the form, but I will speak nicley to them and get the deposits timeframe extended.
They already know we have been a few times, and they know where I live as well! So should not be a problem.

I've changed the money, bought the envelope and stuff so the money will be sent tomorrow..

But can you remind me the dates for the actual weekend are? Need to check flight tickets and stuff (cheaper to get em early )
