forum registration now admin approval!

Got fed up of deleting idiot bots so put it on admin approval for a while!

ususally you register on forums, and it auto creates an account for ya, so anyone or anything can join,
our leader has changed this now, so an admin has physically got to click on "create an account" so bots cant auto join our clan
