yeah, turn it off at the plug and behind your pc, leave it for a bit then try again. if that doesnt work you could try taking out your RAM chips for like 30 seconds andthen pop em back in and try again

or try the bios battery... mite help ya

someone i know says: if it's both things (keyboard and mouse) that are acting strange, then he should restart computer with both mouse and keyboard in different usb ports to see if that fixes the usb hub


most people say: it's a virus, if running antimalware/antivirus and whatever is not working in safe mode, and you also can't do a systemrestore while in safemode , then there is not much you can do other then reformatting your pc. cause removing a virus if it doesn't let you start up the programs you need to do that is like... yeah.. not possible ><

if the system restore while in safe mode is working, then do not set it to the most recent date of restoration. Set it to the day before to make sure that it doesn't restore it back to the point where you just got the virus.
