just got quad core for my pc,

now everything i plug into my computer dies.

ive plugged in my 500gig HDD, 16gig ipod touch, brand new 12megapixle camera and ive already had to exchange my camera once as its broke before.....

Any ideas.

check processor FSb is same as your mobo else it won't run well

do u use mobo's usb ports or front panel?

mobo's one: maybe your mobo is screwed
front panel: check they are plugged correctly on your mobo if they are then maybe your mobo is screwed
