my mate gave me his old 2400HD pro , that has 512 mb memory, put it into my machine. and after a lot messing around, and help off wavy, finally got the correct driver for it, now after playyin css and gettin FPS of 15 at times i figured i was worse off and am now going back to my 7600gs that only has 256 mb memory :s . The nvidia is an OLD card , and both are AGP,. any ideas as to why the nvidia runs better ? oh, btw when playyin flash 10 clips on youtube, the nvidia lags a little, the ATI did seem smoother. Just thought i'd post a topic on it coz it seemed weird that a card with twice the memory didnt perform as good as my old card. Let the Nvidia vs ATI wars begin ^^

if I well remember the 7600GS is the best card you can get in AGP
and memory isn't the only detail that counts in performances

css is a cpu based game so ...

name me a game that ain't CPU based ? coz my CPU SUX big time too lol could try a les CPU thirsty game

anything with awesome graphics and played in HD would use your GPU more than your CPU
