Had my first physio yesterday, really nice woman gave me a shoulder and neck massage, pushed some vertebrae in the direction they should be, eased it up a little,............ at least for a couple of hours.

Now,............... it hurts like hell!
Feels like I been in a car crash again!

Got my MRI scan on 2nd November, physio on the 4th and nerve tests where they stick electric needles in me on the 5th.



Damn feel so bad, and on top of that Virgin fuck up my internet connection,............. just cant win!

Ur neck will become better soon.. trust into those doctors.. most of 'em know what they do.. About the connection..
phone them virgin idiots.. and give 'em hell.. tell 'em u go to another provider if they cant sort it.. or w/e .. just give 'em hell...

Next time you have internet issues, write about virgin on twitter, they literally have a bunch of people whos job it is to check twitter for comments about virgin media and solve the problems :p they solved my internet issues for me after i made like 1 post lol, i got a DM asking for my phone number and they sorted it for me

No pain- no gain, physio ususally helps but you gotta go through the pain barrier- that the crap the physios tell you anyway!!

you got your MRI scan soon, then they will be able to tell you more about it. took me a few months to get mine. all they could tell me tho was i had a brain in there...... somewhere. my yougest had a MRI scan last month, he was way braver than me. his was fine too.
physio always hurts after but it seems to work in the long run. dont waste your money on a chiropractor unless its a qualified manipulation chiropractor.
