so yer not going bunjee jumping this weekend :P
i feel for ya really, i pulled my back out a few times but once was pretty bad, was REALLY painful, couldnt move for about 2 hours, SERIOUS PAIN ! then gradually eased up, but was fragile for weeks and as there was no visable injury no-one can relate to the pain yer feelin lol
