How ofte do you guess upgrade yer machines ,like mobo, ram graphics card.etc etc
I just lost one of me cards other is till running ok just now, it's a BFG make bought it in 2007, so i thought ah well thats that then.

Looked on the BFG site an whaaa the cards bought before 2008 have a life time warranty with the original user w00t w00t.
after 2008 if u buy one of the cards you can trade it in for a new card and you only pay the difference not the whole price.
which i thought was a gd idea, lets you upgrade without haveing to fork out full prices for cards an keeps the country green cos u aint dumping an old card.
The other thing i thought of was u ever buy something an the next day there's a newer version grrrrrrrrrr.

i upgrade every couple of years or so, usually when i cant run a game i want but i go overboard when i do.
i use http://www.powerc.com for parts, reasonable prices, free delivery, great service and never had any problems with them in 10 years of using them
building it yourself is easy and so much cheaper but they will do your build for you at no extra cost if you buy the parts from them.

I have had a couple of BFG cards never had a problem with them- but the warranty was something that attracted me to them in the first place.

I tend to upgrade incrementally, video card first- about every 2 years, then after about 4 years its time for a new pc!

Changed my PC last November so starting to think about vid new card, but my 4850's in Crossfire have some life left in them yet. So prob get some more RAM, 4Gb ATM, probably get another 4Gb.
