Css Trouble.

Everytime i play css i gt a black screen and alot of funny colours.
if i tab out to friend list and tab back in it sorts it out, but then 10 seconds later does it again.
I re-installed my pc back to factory setting yesterday as it needed a wipe, but still hasnt cured the css problem :/
maybe its my graphics card.
so i will be away untill its sorted

take the gfx card out.. remove all the dust if u have any.. plug it back in
