i duno what it is but i phoned sky they just talk usual bullshit about hmm we cant see any problems, but i been complaining to them a lot and there upgrading it or some shit atm i duno.

anyway im getting disconnected from my router like every 10 minutes and if i dont get disconnected i just lagg like shit so im probably not guna be on steam at all but ill be on the forums etc

You using wireless, Billy? If so, try changing the channel that you router is using - could be a conflict with a neighbour's router. Seen it before a few times

yeh i changed the channel a while back but still a load of shite. seems to be getting better though not doscconected in a few days so far
