A man is in the harbour fishing when a policeman approaches him and asks :

"do you have a licence to fish"

"no" replies the man "i am not fishing"

"you have a rod" asks policeman "

"yes" replies the man,

"you have a line" asks the policeman

"yes" replies the man

"you have a hook too with a worm on the end" asks the policeman,

"yes" replies the man,

"Then YOU'RE FISHING" says the policeman !

the man says .. " No i ain't fishing............................ i'm teaching my worm to swim"
