thing is we probly all been affected by it. Just thought i'd make a post seen as it affected me. Well, my grandad got diagnosed with leukemia in may 2010 he is 72 yrs old, and was REALLY FIT !! didnt smoke etc. Rode his bicycle twice a week, no binge drinking,, ...... but now he is fooked ! Got a few weeks/months to live (i think days) he got LLP leukemia and WTF to my broters new bike reg is S804LLP like WTF !!!!!! LLP leukemia is about %4 of all leukemia, .... Its rare anyways....

Very sorry to hear this Chris.
Makes me sorry to hear or think about things like this :cry:


My mom was diagnosed with uterine cancer... they removed the entire uterus, and she got lots of chemotherapy later, lost all hair on the body .. it was a pretty awful experience...
but she was fully recovered thankfully.

And my dad got the first cardiac infarction at the age of 38, and died of a heart attack when he was 42...

None of them lived VERY unhealthy, though, both of them smoked, but they both were healthy..

Think this is just someting that just happens to someone... sadly :cry:

Real sorry to hear that, 1 in 3 people will get cancer and almost everybody will be in some way affected by it.
It's part of the natural worlds way of keeping populations down, ie people aren't supposed to live forever so it devises ways to remove them from the population.

Hope things stay ok for you guys!

Like SK says, its nature's way. I lost my Grandmother to bowel cancer a few years back, she drank like a fish. Not convinced that clean living makes you any less likely to get it, just determines what type you do get I suppose.
