Well done Wavy! No matter how tough it may get, stick with it and in a few weeks you'll realise stopping is the best thing you've ever done - was for me!

Well done buddy as you know I had to stop smoking when they discovered last year that I had heart attack in 2007. So over 20 days its a year ago that I have stopped smoking and I really was a chimney, have smoked for at least 32 years too. It`s really easy to stop buddy and offcouse you get times that you really want to smoke again, but be strong on that moment they are gone in 20 seconds, i go outside the building at work with my collegues when they have a smoke break and I snif the tabacco and smoke and think yak its discusting and feel pitty for them that they still smoke. Dont see it as something that you have gave up but praise the day that you have stopped. YOU DONT HAVE TO SMOKE ANYMORE.
So well done buddy

lol Davie, takes a while to get over initial smoking, but there is times you'll feel like having one. think of the money you will save. and yer missus can spend more on clothes, make up, chocolate, shoes, nights out with the girls, give the kids more pocket money. lol it's worth it, it is honest :p, you will be able to get up the stairs without wheezing soon.
