This is an important message to inform you of a direct marketing campaign being performed by a company called ‘Domain Renewal Group’. This company has been contacting customers whose domains are approaching their renewal date and asking domain owners to send payment to renew their domain name.

We would like to make it clear that this company is not affiliated with LCN.com. By sending payment to this company you will not be renewing your domain names with LCN.com. In fact, the letter is simply an invitation to switch domain registrars (at a premium price). You would still have to go through the process of transferring your domain name to this company before it is renewed.

Recently we have received a large number of calls to our support line regarding these letters whereby customers have been both confused by the content of the letters and frustrated by receiving this form of direct mail.
