Where abouts in Egypt is the pic taken ?
I went to the mountains about 1 hours drive west from Sharm el sheikh in February this year, and bought a scarf identical to the one you're holding :) we seen the Bedouin Gypsies :)

This pictures location is ~ 1 hr from the hotel in sharm el sheikh ... we went with beach buggies and it was very early like 5 am that we started to move from the hotel
