Yesterday a bunch of psychiatric's concluded the evaluation Breivik, and they have found that he's not criminally sane, witch means that they cant put him in jail.
But they found that he is paranoid schizophrenic, and that he had dreams of killing the psychiatric's when they did the evaluations, and many other sick dreams.
And that results in he has to be placed in a psychiatric hospital, under mandatory psychiatric care, and they can keep him there for as long as its necessary, and there is a chance of a recurrence or they see him as a treat to himself or the society.. and that means, he'll most likely never get out of there...

That's plain stupid tbh. That dude deserves only death, imo. Normally i'd say you can't bring back the Dead by killing their Killer. But in this special case, when someone has a 10yr old Girl kneing infront of him crying and begging to not be killed. And he smiles when shooting her, then he deserves death. That's the problem with the System most Countrys got. Germany, too. A shame ...
Yes and no.. i do like the idea of death penalty, but i think its way to easy for the killer, they just get a needle and thats that!
No i want to have death penalty in prison, so they have the time to think over what they have done! and i would love it if the prisons was like in the US! Where ur FU**ED if ur a child- killer or -molester, and if u dont have a gang inside, you'r doomed!
In Norway u get 15 years for robbing a bank, and u get 2 for rape! I think rapists should get at least 30 years! and bank robbers 5-10! DUI without murder or damage 2-5 and 20-25 if damage and 40-50 if killing wile DUI.. and so on!
I know fore sure that there are lots of gangs in the norwegian prison that will take Breivik if they just get the hands on him.. and then there will be no more life...and that is a more equitable than just the needle!
