Rumor has it, its going to be the 22nd of November for the PC. Not sure if its true though.

hehehe, i wouldnt hold your breath ! also, ya can pretty much guarantee its gunna run like sh*t (badly optimized for PC with sh*t FPS) and probably crash/be buggy as hell

A link to the date, Rockstar did announce 22 so the souce says, but like Rockstar the date is subject to change.
