Ok so I couldn't find the "Suggestions" place in the forums!

So here it is,

when a new person comes onto the forums and makes an app to join maybe we could start a little

+Netural
-Negative

It is jsut a little idea so the recruiters know what people think quicker if they just have to scan the app.

We dont make decisions in a hurry on SSDi regarding recruitment and I think it is important to read all the comments about applicants. If things were just written in a colour some might miss the actual opinion of the member.
Thanks for the suggestion though!

i think most people will read about the applicant before commenting anyways (at least they should do )
and by reading the comments you can generally work out weather a person has been behaving, or if he's arrogant/cocky etc.

Always good to hear new suggestions though, because people who been doing things a certain way for so long can get stuck in their ways, and it'd be nice to see some new ideas
