 Post subject: GTA 4 not running

i start up GTA 4 and before it load up it says fatal error, windows vista need sp 1 or higher to continue, but am on windows 7 anyone know a fix ?to re-install the game on steam do i have to delete it and then re-download it ? coz it's about 15 gig innit ?

i had the same problem, re-installing .net fixed it for me :)

u got a link clown please for the patch that i need ? also how do i patch a game thats in steam ? does steam not update all patches automatically ?

just go to steam then to game the right click then properties and check for updates...
