then its YOUR FUKKIN FAULT !

i am paying for a 10 MEG connection, but am only getting a 1.1 meg DL rate.... which is normal, but atm (this night) i can only get 260 kb/s (ish) seems steam must be REALLY busy or summat,. or maybe its you dodgy french people !
