I ve replaced my C-drive with a new ssd one and made a clean win8.1 installation. Normally all should work now.
And I cleaned my pc at the inside :)

all is working, got some blue screens but found it was caused by my second monitor, there is no win8 driver for it.
After I closed it my system runs as it has to :)
