i have not had much use of SSD drives yet, one thing i remember from setting up my mates new pc as he had a new HDD which was using the latest sata tech and the mode he had set in the bios for his hdd's would cause BSOD's if set to the incorrect value etc. dont know if that helps but just a suggestion to check bios settings prehaps

That's pretty fundamental, something isn't keeping up with your CPU would be my first thought.
Like the others have said, check you BIOS settings and version and your SATA drivers too.
I noticed that my ASUS mobo has had quite a few updates to the BIOS, most of which include better SSD support.

i did what skiron told me and i try installing a game.. so far so good will be back if it fudges up
